Life is tough that is a given, when you stand up you are going to be shot back down,

When you are down you are going to be stepped on, this is not a secret,

You fall down, you stumble you get pushed, but every time that happens you get back on your feet.

You should get up as fast as you can no matter how many times you need to do it,
